Full Co-host Management Package

  • This package includes everything in our Co Host Package PLUS 

  • Hiring and management of cleaners

  • Hiring and management of maintenance, landscaping, snow removal (if needed), and pest control teams.

  • Coordinate professional photography (if needed)

  • Creation of welcome/guidebooks 

  • Provide seasonal décor update recommendations to improve guest stays â€‹
