From Army Service to Hospitality
Hello,
My name is Andrew Sparks, founder and owner of Hello Hospitality.
After serving more than a decade on active duty in the U.S. Army, I began looking for the next chapter in my life and career. In 2019, I started a small fleet of rental vehicles that I listed through Turo. When the pandemic arrived, I quickly saw how important reliable transportation had become for essential workers and others who still needed to travel.
Being able to fill that need—and provide people with a dependable, positive experience during an uncertain time—was incredibly rewarding. It also made me realize how much I enjoyed building businesses centered around service and taking care of people.
Not long after, a friend asked me to help operate a property they owned as an Airbnb for travel nurses and essential workers. I dove in headfirst and quickly discovered a genuine passion for hospitality.
It wasn't simply about providing someone with a place to stay. I enjoyed thinking through the details that could make a guest's experience easier and more memorable—from making sure the property had what they needed to helping guests familiarize themselves with the area and being available when questions or problems arose.
Seeing guests leave happy, hearing their stories, and learning how much those small details could impact someone's stay made it clear that hospitality was something I wanted to pursue long-term.
That experience ultimately led me to create Hello Hospitality.

Our mission is simple:
Provide our clients and guests with five-star experiences while building meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
For our guests, that means creating stays where they feel welcomed, supported, and cared for.
For our property owners, it means treating their investment with the same level of attention, accountability, and care that we would expect for our own.
My military background taught me the importance of discipline, communication, accountability, and following through on commitments. Those principles continue to shape the way we operate Hello Hospitality today.
We aren't interested in simply adding properties to a portfolio. We want to build lasting partnerships with owners who trust us to represent their property, protect their investment, and provide an exceptional experience to the people who stay there.

Hospitality has changed considerably since I first entered the short-term rental industry, but the foundation of our business has remained the same: take care of people, pay attention to the details, and do what you say you're going to do.
